Please note that delivery fees and times vary depending on the type of products ordered, and the delivery address.
All of our in-stock products will be shipped from Riyadh warehouse via SMSA logistics or J&T logistics companies, usually you will receive it within 2-5 business days.
Holidays, official and national holidays, and Friday are not calculated. Also, if any modification is made to the order or customer data, the shipping time will be calculated again and will not be deducted from the previous order time.
If the address you mentioned in your request is incorrect. Occasionally, supply of products you have ordered may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages, incorrect customer information or higher than expected demand). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed, but we do not bear any responsibility to you for such delay or failure to deliver.
