AnneFish Furnitures Return Policy
AnneFish offers returns for products within 7 days after the product has been delivered to you if the product is eligible for return. For any Product with manufacturing defect / delivered in damaged condition, customers should report it within 48 hours with pictures/videos etc.
Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
Faulty / Damaged / Missing Parts: The customer has the right to return it if the item is received in a Faulty condition or Should there be any Damage & Missing Parts, Please contact us through our official contact channels attaching a picture of the product condition along with the return request within 48 hours from delivery to report it to validate your claim
The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (invoice, manuals, accessories, etc)
Change In Mind: In case of a change in mind, you can request to return the product within 7 days. Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed are not eligible to return unless they are defective. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products
Products will not be eligible to return If it has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
For the Change in Mind case, shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Do I get charged when I make a return or do I receive a full refund?
We do our best to deliver the best possible quality to your doorstep. If you request to return your product because of damage or a content mismatch, you will get fully refunded for your order . In Case of Change in mind return requests ,the customer will pay a shipping fee in a change of mind.
How long will my refund take?
It may take up to 7 days based on your location for a product to reach us once you return it. After the returned item is received and processed, it may take between 5 to 14 business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card or your bank account.

How do I receive my refund?
Once your return is accepted, You will be contacted by one of our representatives to update you with the return status and also notify you of the refund timeline. and methods availability is based on the payment method originally used in your order

Can I return my order with any condition?
No, you have to return your order with the same condition you received it with, and in case you received a damaged order please add it to the return reason.
Can I request to get my refund in store credit?
You can request to refund your money by voucher refund method since we don’t offer credit wallets at the moment. For a faster refund, you can always request a refund voucher if you wish to purchase more items, The refund voucher may take 1 – 2 business days
Will I be charged cancellation fees?
No, if you cancel it before we ship it you can cancel it in free, but if we have shipped it then you will be charged shipping fees.
Do I also get the discount I applied refunded when returning a product from AnneFish?
You only receive a refund for the money you paid while purchasing your order and we don’t refund any discounts.
Additional notes:
- All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in SAR.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment (in case of pre-paid payment method)
